Okay, I apologize if I sound harsh!

VISION

The shading seems mixed, and I have no idea where the light's coming from. Splatter's face says the light source is from the left, while the sock makes it seems that it's from the right. The fur's fluffiness could be fluffier, I suppose.

Though I'm really impressed with that sock. c:

ORIGINALITY

Kitties in socks are a huge thing online, so I can't really give you much credit for originality. Sorry!

TECHNIQUE

As I said, fur. Fluff. If you want to make Splatter look fluffy, you have to do fluffy. To me, she looks like a short-haired cat.

IMPACT

This didn't really attract me much, and I think that the only reason I'm commenting is to critique. There are a lot of things that you could do to attract the eye, like cell shading or bold outlines.
