The drawing offers originality and freedom of colors but in a style in which it is not only balanced but pleasant to the eye and has the details you may not care about at first glance but what makes the pic important and awesome like the scarf, the sparkles in the eyes and the spots near the fur, as well it off anatomy in a chibi format with the general shape looking amazing and not only that but the rainbow colored eye is nicely done in a format which I notice all different colors and it does not look unnatural at glance and the wink, mouth, and the rainbow surrounding the character finished it off. The only thing It missed and I hardly misses a thing is the background but aint needed in it. I would give it a 9.8-10/10 for the awesome format and style
